ingredients:

l-leucine, glutamine, taurine, l-isoleucine, l-valine, natural and artificial flavours, acidity regulator: citric acid, emulsifier: soy lecithin, carrier: potassium chloride, sweetening agent: sucralose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), natural colour (beta carotene – for orange flavour; brilliant blue [E133] – for blue raz flavour; purple potato – for grape flavour).

directions:

Mix 2 scoops (10 g) with about 220 ml of water and shake for as long as needed (usually 30-60 s) until fully dissolved. Drink before, or during training. For best results take another serving immediately after training, or at any other time of the day on an empty stomach. Using very cold water may hinder solubility and cause foaming.

description:

Each serving of MUST BCAA SPORT provides a 5000-mg dose of the highest quality BCAA in the most optimal, clinically and scientifically suggested 2:1:1 ratio. Its pure, pharmaceutical grade ingredients are produced exclusively by fermentation. They are instantized, allergen free and enriched with glutamine and taurine for a better performance and higher effectiveness in a multisport use. Although BCAA (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are widely recognized as the building blocks of protein, not everyone knows that the human body cannot produce them on its own. The unique nature of BCAA, which are believed to constitute up to one-third of muscle protein and which are part of the 9 essential amino acids (EAA) not synthesized in the human body, but delivered with food or supplements, is that out of all the basic 20 amino acids these three are metabolized directly in the muscles, not in the liver. This means that they contribute substantially to the speed of muscle development and recovery, and play the role of fuel and energy source for the muscles. They are also responsible for sending the “anabolic signal” thanks to the muscles' ability to break them down. This synergy supports endurance through the creation of glucose, a fuel that is especially useful when the source of carbohydrates is depleted, thus creating an instant anabolic effect to fight catabolic breakdown.

It has been suggested that, besides stimulating protein synthesis (activating mTor), leucine has a repairing function. It reduces muscle soreness and slows down damage after workout, improves fat oxidation to support lean body mass and helps to maintain a positive nitrogen balance. Isoleucine provides the required energy by playing a role in hemoglobin formation and the creation of glucose. It also boosts metabolism and promotes the reduction of adipose tissue (fat loss). Valine encourages protein synthesis, provides immune support, supports glucose metabolism for energy, and can help to reduce brain fatigue by lowering the amount of tryptophan.* Glutamine promotes faster recovery, protects muscle tissue from breakdown by performing a regulatory function in protein synthesis and nitrogen balance, and supports a healthy immune function.** Taurine is identified with the function of skeletal muscles, cardiovascular and nervous systems, and plays a role in improving metabolism, endurance, recovery and focus.***

Use MUST BCAA SPORT during or after exercise and, on days off, between meals. It will benefit especially those on low-calorie diets by preventing muscles from limping and being wasted.

MUST BCAA SPORT is the most universal, you-must-have-it supplement in your diet, as it thwarts physical and mental fatigue (good mood promotes better concentration, attention, and even sex drive), prolongs the intensity of any activity (promotes endurance) and increases your body's ability to build muscle by creating an anabolic environment. Thus, it promotes strength, power and lean mass by burning fat, not muscles, speeding up muscle repair and boosting energy. You will be able to benefit no matter if you are a professional athlete or an active individual and regardless of the sport you do or play, be it basketball, hockey, running short or long distances, ski jumping, CrossFit, body sculpturing or yoga. This product is tailored just for you! Exercise harder, longer, with higher intensity and stay less tired! A MUST TO TRY!
